Refund Policy
DTTAU Premium (annual or lifetime) is a digital product that unlocks instantly, so please read this before you buy. It's short and genuinely fair.
1. Our promise
If Premium didn't unlock, you were charged in error, or you bought by mistake and haven't meaningfully used the paid features, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — a fix or a refund. We'd rather fix a broken unlock than keep money from someone the app annoyed.
What a refund is not for: the number not going up as fast as you'd like. That one's on the miles, not us.
2. How refunds are processed
Purchases are handled by Gumroad as the merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Reply to your Gumroad receipt email to request one, or email us and we'll start it for you.
3. Unlock trouble first — it's usually this
Most “it didn't work” cases are a license key that wasn't entered. After buying, copy the key from your Gumroad receipt and redeem it in the app to unlock Premium on your account. If that still fails, contact us — we'll sort it or refund you.
4. Annual vs. lifetime
The annual plan renews yearly; you can cancel any time and keep Premium until the term ends. The lifetime plan is a single one-time purchase — no renewals. Either way, this policy applies to the most recent charge.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
